Is child support gov’t enforced from the get go or does one parent have to go after another?

He says that he does not want to pay child support for our 2 year old son unless he has sole custody, I told him that I would not go after him for child support as long as I could have custody or even shared custody. Do I have rights to my business name if I didn’t file a trademark?
by workingmom on Oct 27th, 2009Short story... I own a business called Boutique Web Designs. I registered the domain in 3/2/2007 and I have been actively using both the name and domain. I never filed for a trademark. I just noticed that someone in the same industry is using the domain Boutique Web Design (they only dropped the s). Do I have any rights to the name?
