Short story... I own a business called Boutique Web Designs. I registered the domain in 3/2/2007 and I have been actively using both the name and domain. I never filed for a trademark. I just noticed that someone in the same industry is using the domain Boutique Web Design (they only dropped the s). Do I have any rights to the name?
