In good times and bad times, everybody complains about not having enough money to get by. But this time, the nitpicking is for real; the economy is on its knees and people are losing their jobs by the hundreds of thousands. At this time too, nowhere have you seen the novel ideas to make money!

Creative Ideas How to Make Money

People are always stumped when deciding on a business; how do you sell to people who are hanging on to their money? Man, no matter how hard the times, people still need to eat, drink and be merry. How else can they stay sane? From this angle, brew ideas to make money and the family members to roll up their sleeves.

Food

People are still eating. So how do you get them to open their wallets? Sell organic food, milk, eggs, pork and poultry. People are becoming health rather than pay stupendous medical bills.

They’d rather eat healthy than get sick and worry how to pay the doctor and hospital fees. You can tie up with community farms and put up your organic food mart in the neighborhood and offer discounts for bulk purchases. You might just get more ideas to make money from your customers!

Private Physical Trainer

If you are a body buff and keep up with the latest trends, advertise your business online. Get certified and get to work. You can charge a reasonable fee to visit your clients at home, check their weights, their eating habits, and design the right exercise regimen for them. Working with different people with different needs can launch more ideas to make money from this type of venture.

Love Music and Can Write?

The music industry has to sell its music to attract buyers and to survive it needs good writers to put into words why the latest album is great. You indulge in free albums and at the same time are paid to write about your passion. You do this at home too or telecommute.

Dropshipping

Put up an online store, sell various items, auction items – are smart ideas to make money. All orders will be shipped by the company without your spending a dime on shipping fees. You get nice commissions from online orders and the more you sell on a global scale the more money you earn. All you have to do is connect buyers with suppliers and vice versa. But check out the dropship company before you put up a website.

Home Based Call Center Operator

Have you not heard yet of ideas to make money taking calls from your home? You are paid each minute you spend on the phone. You get a maximum $8 for an hour if you get enough calls. However install your phone in a sound-proofed area or you’ll get fired if reports reach the bosses there’s a baby wailing or a dog hysterically barking in the background.

Home Auctions

Make the rounds of yard sales and bag the best things around. Polish those that need polishing and mend some items. Get good shots of the goodies and publish it in your website – and auction them to the highest bidder.

Craig’s List

Check out electronics products sold cheaply in Craig’s list. The items are always in top condition. Pick them up and resell them. Sell them on eBay and watch the cash rolling in.

Need more ideas to make money? Look around the neighborhood! The opportunities are waiting for you.

About the Author:

How can Work At Home Moms (WAHM) make an honest living from a small home business on the web?

My spouse and I would both love to stay at home and work, so I decided to set out to find some real answers to that question. While I didn’t find any “eureka!” solutions, I was able to lay down 5 basic rules of thumb that beginning entrepreneurs who covet the work at home mom’s lifestyle should keep in mind as they plan their online home business.

Work At Home Moms Rule #1: The Tooth Fairy Doesn’t Exist in Reality. Neither Does GRQ!

If a webpage, ad, article, email, letter, infomercial or live salesperson says you can get rich quick (GRQ) through a stay-at-home internet business, they’re hoping you’re a sucker. There’s no such thing as GRQ except through the lottery or the occasional inheritance from your wealthy great aunt Edna who lives in Topeka.

Reality Check! You aren’t going to win the lottery, and you never visited Great Aunt Edna because she smelled like mothballs and tried to feed you 10-year-old fruit cake. So you can safely rule those two out. Do yourself a mother-in-law-sized favor and rule out GRQ now, too. It’s no more likely to happen than the first two, and GRQ schemes can wipe out your startup capital in a hurry.

Some of the most common GRQ scams include, but certainly are not limited to: selling TV access to the internet; selling public internet access; giving seminars on making money on the internet; some multi-level marketing companies (those that focus more on team-building than sales); “no money down” real estate plans; and “guaranteed” returns on the stock market.

Work At Home Moms Rule #2: You’ve got to Learn to Earn

If you want to succeed in small business on the internet, plan on a big learning curve as you’re getting started. The absolute minimum you’ll need to get knowledgeable enough to be dangerous includes:

* Know some basic programming – especially html – and learn how to use graphic software.

This is an essential cost-saver even if you’re going to pay someone else to start your site; it allows you to use beginning pages as a template for the rest of your pages rather than paying someone to build every last page.

* Learn how to write for the web. “Content is King,” or in this case, “Queen!” If your writing reminds people more of the pauper than the prince, they won’t stick around for the royal punchline.

* Learn e-commerce from the experts. The least expensive way to do this is by regularly reading a good e-commerce magazine.

I don’t recommend subscribing to multiple mags; they all cover the same things. But the things they do cover are important to know and keep up with. You’ll get ideas, learn new ways to save money, and hear about cutting edge internet products and services before the vast majority of other folks do.

If you can’t afford a subscription right now, go to your local library to read it.

Work At Home Moms Rule #3: Know Thyself

I know: you’ve heard that before. It’s so true, though! I’ll use a ‘mom’ analogy to explain.

Your new business comes into the world totally dependent on you. It’s like you have a new baby! If you can know yourself well enough to determine what the one hobby, talent or passion is that you genuinely enjoy and know more about than most other people; and if you can have the discipline to focus your new business on that one thing, you might just succeed.

If you can’t love and nurture your new e-business into an ‘adolescent with an attitude’ without growing tired of it, your e-business baby will almost surely fail.

While we’re on the topic of failure, face this fact: the odds are great you’ll fail the first time you start a business. Be prepared to learn from your mistakes if you do, and “try, try again.”

Work At Home Moms Rule #4: Be a Persistent Professional

* Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, for ever and ever Amen?

You better, if you want to succeed. People can smell a phony from a mile away, and it only takes one lapse into dishonesty or one too-obvious case of cutting corners to lose a potential customer forever.

* Have a solid graphic identity for your website, letterhead, envelopes and business cards. You don’t have to spend a ton of money to achieve this: you can use your own graphics program and printer, or pay a starving digital artist to produce something that looks professional for an affordable flat fee.

* Successful professionals are experts in their field. If you’ve followed rule #3, you can achieve this through offering to speak about your favorite subject to churches, schools and civic groups. You can also sell yourself as a consultant and President of your own company, which of course, is focused on this wondrous thing for which you have strong knowledge and passion.

* Join a good professional organization to help you network. Be sure to get to know the groups before you choose one; if there’s not strong leadership and vitality when you visit, keep on looking until you find an organization filled with people who inspire you.

Establishing your credentials and credibility through these four bullet points will help you to secure a business loan, will raise you in the esteem of other professionals with whom you might want to partner, and will make you as attractive to your target customers as honey is to the bees.

Work At Home Moms Rule #5: Know Your Limitations

There’s a whole lot of legal and financial paperwork, rules, laws and regulations that you have to be on top of when you start a business. If you aren’t a lawyer and an accountant, you need to have both working for you. Yes, this is an expense. But the money and mind-warping time it will save you will be more than worth the price.

While some pundits say you don’t have to employ services from these professionals until your business is well under way, you should at the very least have one of each picked out in case you do need them. Make sure they know who you are and what you’re doing, and keep their card on hand for when you do need them.

premium wordpress themes

A WAHM (Work At Home Mom) has the best of both worlds! She is making money from home and spending time with her kids.

Do you have what it takes to join the ranks of thousands of successful Work At Home Moms across the world?

If you answered ‘yes’ then you are probably right. But before you jump in the deep end, spend some time thinking about these five simple questions to get you started.

Do you know who you are?

There are millions of different ways of making money from home. In order to find the one which will work best for you, you need to know who you are. What is your past experience? What qualifications do you have? What are your natural abilities? interests? talents? Are you creative? Administrative? Do you need to be around people? Or are you happy working alone?

You have something to offer that no-one else can. The most successful work at home moms have discovered what that is and made a business out of it. You can too.

Do you know what you want to accomplish?

You want to become a WAHM. Yes! But when you think about making money from home do you want to earn enough to cover the ‘extras’ (the ballet classes or summer camps) or do you need to earn a second salary – or the main salary for your family?

Do you want to build a business? Or is it a bit extra? It is so important to know what you want to accomplish as a WAHM before you start out. You might not get there straight away – but you know what you are aiming for.

Do you know where you are going with this?

Do you know how to set targets for yourself? Do you know what your short term, medium term and long term goals are ? Do you know what the first step is, to get where you want to go with this? (usually research, research and more research!)

If it is important to know what you are heading toward, it is vital to know where you go next. You will not achieve your goals by wandering hopefully in the general direction of them. Have a plan! Where do you go next?

Do you know when you are going to fit it all in?

You might be asking yourself this already. How does a WAHM manage to build a business – however small – around the diapers, the washing, the cooking and the homework?

It is possible! But you are really going to have a steep learning curve in time management as you start!

It gets easier as the kids grow, but can you plan in sections of time to work on your business during the week (or preferably the day)? It needs to be thought about before you start – especially if you are investing money as well as time.

Do you know whyyou want to be a WAHM?

Work at home moms are the women who don’t have to drop their baby off at daycare every morning, who can be there to read stories before the afternoon nap, or to pick up their kids from school and who can afford to do it without feeling guilty that they should be ‘at work’. Most moms look at ways of making money from home because they want to be there with their kids.

And when the going gets tough – because work at home moms work hard you will need to keep in mind why you are doing this, rather than sitting in a company office downtown. You will need to keep yourself motivated.

And I think maybe it is the ‘why?’ that will most enable you to succeed as a WAHM.

About the Author:

I am a WAHM. I used to just go into work a few nights a week and was only there for a few minutes. Recently we have been super busy so I have been helping out more. So I basically am gone as soon as hubby gets home and of course it is dinner time. I have only been gone every night for the last 2 weeks and it seems to me as if Cade wont eat for daddy. He has always been a good and big eater. I dont know f he is not eating dinner because I am not there, or he doesnt want to eat for daddy or he isnt hungry.

Today he had:

Breakfast:

A bowl of oatmeal
half a banana

snack: a piece of raisin bread

Lunch
Salad w/ turkey
yogurt

Snack:
a few cheerios before I left- but not many

Dinner –
he wouldnt eat for daddy

I know in the past when he has been given new food to try he would never accept it from anyone but me. Also, the dinners are things he likes and enjoys eatng. I am just trying to figure out if it is daddy or what! I am at a loss. What are your opinions? Do you have a toddler that only eats for you? Any suggestions?

Or do you think he just may not be hungry and is getting too filled up during the day?
Daddy doesnt give him any snacks/junk if he doesnt eat. He knows better! lol He will still give him his drink and he is always more than happy to drink it.
Emmas mom- He is a finger feeder. ver few things we spoon feed him. Thats why I am sooooo confused.
spring wedding favors

Through internet, there are numerous inflatable manufactories for selection.

Browse and compare several inflatable manufactories, you will find the best to fit for your needs.

1. Find out about delivery and setup charges as well as required deposits.

2. Inquire each company about what types and sizes of inflatable moonwalks they have. Larger companies offer themes, from castles to various animals and popular characters, such as Sponge Bob or Spiderman. Smaller companies typically offer fewer selections in types and sizes.

3. Decide the date and time you want to rent a moonwalk. Companies offer varying availability and allotted rental times. Be sure to call as far in advance as possible. Inflatable moonwalks tend to book early, particularly on weekends.

4. Make sure you rent from a reputable company, which supplies state-inspected moonwalks that also carry a liability insurance policy. The important thing is to make sure the safety of the player or attendees in your event.

5. Last but not least, please inquire about each company’s weather, cancellation and refund policy. Many companies don’t set up moonwalks if it rains or snows, is quite windy or if the temperatures are below 40 Celsius degrees .So it is important to make different refund policy, according to various conditions.

automated blogs

Chihuahuas make wonderful pets. They are loving, loyal, and make great watch dogs. However, if you are thinking of getting one, you need to know how to potty-train your Chihuahua the right way.

Just like all small dog breeds, Chihuahuas oftentimes have difficulty becoming potty-trained. But don’t let this hinder your decision to own one. The benefits owning one outweigh this. Just follow these guidelines to help ensure your Chihuahua becomes potty-trained.

The best time to start potty-training your Chihuahua is when they are a puppy. But, keep in mind that puppies bladders are not fully developed until later.

Take them outside to potty often. I recommend once an hour, every hour, for a puppy. Always take your Chihuahua to the same area outside. They will recognize the area and are more likely to go potty where they have already been. Say a simple phrase, such as “go potty” when you take your Chihuahua outside. They will start to associate the command with the action. Remember to only say one specific phrase, and keep saying it while you are outside. Saying different phrases can confuse your Chihuahua. When your Chihuahua goes potty outside, give them a doggie treat, and lots of petting. As you probably know, they love treats and will do about anything for them, including going potty. Unfortunately accidents will happen. When you see your Chihuahua going potty inside the house, just speak loudly “STOP”, or “NO”, and immediately take them back outside. You should never physically hurt your Chihuahua or stick their nose in it. This can have an adverse affect and really disrupt the training process. You should put your Chihuahua in a crate at night times and when you are away from home until they are potty trained. Most dogs don’t want to sleep in their own pee, so they will hold it. When you wake up or get back home, you should take your Chihuahua outside first thing. Monitor how much water your Chihuahua is drinking. Some dogs will literally drink until the bowl is dry, and what goes in must come out. You shouldn’t give your Chihuahua any water right before you put them up in their crate.

Potty-training your Chihuahua doesn’t have to be a headache if you follow these steps. Just be patient, consistent, and success will follow!
holiday party favors

Affiliate marketing is a very popular path to making money online allowing you to work from home and giving you the freedom of working for yourself. If you want to get started in affiliate marketing, you should know where to get good affiliate programs. ClickBank is the cream of the crop. Here’s how to tap into the ClickBank treasure chest.

ClickBank is the most well known and highly trafficked affiliate products marketplace on the internet. You can become a ClickBank affiliate simply by opening an account and getting a ClickBank ID. Once in as a registered affiliate you should then click on the Earn Commissions tab. Here it is your task to seek out products and services that fit your target market and your website. Look for the popular products and you’ll get a good idea of what is selling well and you can pinpoint the products that are already selling successfully.

ClickBank operates as a 3rd party middleman between the merchants selling products and the affiliates who promote them. ClickBank delivers the merchants offers and sets the affiliate up to promote that product for a commission. This is what makes affiliate marketing so popular – the product is created and ready for sale with no effort on your part in bringing it to the market. Your effort and reward comes in promoting it. ClickBank tracks your sales and delivers you your commissions. You get real-time sales reporting, statistics, and a paycheck twice a month.

As an affiliate you are free to choose marketing techniques and promotion tools as you wish to direct traffic and encourage clicks and sales. But affiliate marketing is far more than promoting a product. If you are to excel and become a super affiliate through ClickBank’s marketplace you will need to develop your skills in search engine optimization, general internet marketing techniques such as email and article marketing, newsletter marketing, back links, link exchanges and your own website content promotion. Promotion of products on your own website through articles, reports and e-books is one of the keys to super affiliate success. Using your affiliate links in all your content you provide your visitors with quality information and advice about the things they are interested in. That done you can link to a product sales page you are promoting and the chances of their clicking through and considering the product are due to your helpful approach in offering free content of value.

It is essential to offer multiple products rather than just one or two. You don’t want to fill your site with everything on the market though. Choose affiliate programs that are geared to your site and audience. With affiliate links and sales pages in place you are setting up an automated system that gives you passive income and more time for other projects.

To be a super affiliate you do have to remain on top of the trends of online marketing. What worked last year and even last month can change to something completely different. Watch your statistics to be aware of what is working and what isn’t. If you miss out on changes, new ideas and tools you will lose in traffic and sales because your competition will be way ahead of you.

In the affiliate marketing business you must have a strong sense of ability to succeed and a willingness to learn and apply what you learn on a consistent manner. Don’t hesitate. Hesitation and indecisiveness are the characteristics of mediocrity in affiliate sales.

Don’t forget that success won’t happen overnight. It may take weeks or months. It will require a large chunk of commitment from you but in the end you will be so glad you spent the time establishing a good foundation. With patience, persistence and knowledge you will start making sales. Once you find out what works and do more of it, you’ll be clicking your way to the bank, thanks to ClickBank and your hard work.

About the Author:

When you are looking to find a way to begin working from home, you will want to figure out the best way to go about starting a home business. This means figuring out what your interests are and following those interests. This is the most important, because if you try to begin a business from your own home that you are not interested in, you will find that it will be hard for you to actually get your work done. Once you have zeroed in on your interests, you need to then decide what could be profitable and last but not least, you need to decide how to approach this from a business perspective. This takes a number of things into consideration.

First, you need to figure out if this topic is something that you can make money off. If it relates to selling a product, is there a demand for this product? Are other people selling it on the Internet? If so, will you be able to become competitive enough to still make money? When starting a home business, you need to figure out your chances for success before you make a significant investment in the business.

How Will You Sell Your Products?

If you decide, after this, that you will be able to successfully sell your product, the next step in starting a business from home is figuring out your inventory. Will you ship the items out from your home or will you have a warehouse handle the inventory? Either way has proven very effective for others who ran a business from home and deciding what works best for you can start you making a large profit after only a little time and investment.

manage resource box links

Are you tired of spending hours trying to keep your house clean and tidy, only to find that after tackling one chore, you find even more mounting up somewhere else in the house? If so, why not try a weekly house cleaning schedule? The professional cleaning companies use these, and they really do help you to make sure that you tackle everything that needs to be done in the quickest, and most efficient manner.

Instead of spending several hours aimlessly trying to attack a mountain of tasks, you have a couple of small chores to do on a regular basis – for example you may have to run a broom over the kitchen floor on a daily basis, and use a wet mop once a week. Doing that takes a few minutes each day, and is much more time efficient than spending ages scrubbing a very dirty floor if you let the dirt mount up.

You should make a list of daily tasks, and another list of weekly or monthly ones – these lists can be quite short, but should cover everything that needs done – such as dusting, cleaning, and laundry. You could then have another list including things such as carpet cleaning, floor waxing, and appliance safety inspections, which need to be done on a six monthly, or yearly basis.

Checklists Help You Keep Track

Perhaps your weekly house cleaning schedule has more than a few items on the list. If that is the case, you might consider putting your list together as a check list and then marking each item off when completed. When all checks are completed, then there is no doubt that you are done. This is especially helpful if you are trying to teach children responsibility. Let them check off each chore as it is completed!

If you keep to the check list you will be able to keep the house clean and tidy, and this should help your furnishings last longer – a carpet that is well cleaned and scrubbed on a monthly basis will last much longer than one left to gather dirt. The same is true of your 3 piece suite – if it is cleaned and cared for regularly, then when it comes to updating the furnishings, you may be able to simply put a new covering on, and give the suite a whole new lease of life.

You could also add checking the fridge and cupboards to your weekly list – throw out items that are out of date, or have been open too long. This will give you a good idea of what items are running low and need to be replaced, and help you manage your shopping list too.
About the Author:
