OK I NEED HELP! I am so angry, I’m like 5’6 and i am skinny in the upper area but when i go lower its like WAHM! gah it drives me crazzy…..I horseback ride, play basket ball and eat healthy but my butt and thighs seem so huge compared to other girls.Can someone help?

    i am going to send you what somebody sent me

    f you want to lose weight you better be commited to all the hard work your gonna have to do! first off make a chart that says pushups, situps, and leg lifting. Then everyday just do as many as you can and write the number down under the work out you just did! then try to beat it everyday, you will lose weight pretty fast if you do that! try this two times a day for the best results!

    pushups-make sure you whole body is flat! don’t put your butt in the air that doesn’t help! and make sure your know almost hits the ground and not you pelvis!

    situps- don’t lay down all the way and don’t sit up
    just kinda sit in the middle of the air if you know what i mean
    and just bring your upper body up and down
    this does some intense stuff to your abs

    legups- lay down flat on the floor with your back towards the ground
    then put your hands by your sides
    lift both of your legs at the same time up
    and don’t let them touch the floor until your done
    ok
    just keep doing that

    in these workouts don’t hold your breath
    if you do that then your not doin anything
    counting outloud is a good way to make sure your still breathing

    do other workouts if you wish

    Horse back riding will build muscle in your core and lower body, I wouldnt stop that. Lots of people like some meat on their bones.

    Body fat distribution is not something that a person has any control over. Anyone that tells you that you can ‘flatten that tummy’ or ‘zap those thighs’ is lying. There is a genetic predisposition that leads to pear shape or hourglass shape or a more androgynous shape, pear and hourglass meaning higher levels of estrogen. It’s not the end of the world, but even if you were to be really thin that would probably still be your
    problem area.’ But it’s not such a big deal. A lot of men like big butts. ;-) Women think men like them skinnier than they really do (Buss) Just don’t fret.
