I nanny for a family of five but the younger two only go halfday to school, what’s something between 8am-12pm. That I can do with them, preferably free, they live inI took a small town so options are pretty limited. I’m trying to get them out of the house (their mom is a WAHM part time, part time travel) so they won’t bug their mom or be watching tv all day. Took them to the library today, that helped a bit but not much, anything else? Thinking of taking them to the park on nicer days but what else. They aren’t really intrested in arts and crafts but like i said, trying to get them out of the house is the goal.
I mean like, not outside specifically but AWAY from the house.

may be you could make up games you could play outside and also in my town we have museums for free may be you have some in your area
Play out door games like duck duck goose and tag.
Have a race around the yard.
for inside or outside hide something and give them clues to find it.
If there is a lake nearby, get some bread (or popcorn) and feed ducks. How about a hike on some trails through the woods? Can you buy (or make) a couple of kites and some string?
Look up some mom groups on the internet and find out about any activities going on in your area. Subscribe to their RSS feed if they have one so you stay updated. Sometimes free events are hosted by different groups, but hard to find if you do not know where to look.
